What this site collects

The forms on the Get Involved page are provided by JustCanvass. Information you enter is submitted through that service to the campaign. Each form explains the information it requests before you send it.

Donation details

The donation form collects your full legal name, street address, city, postal code, email, mobile number, intended contribution amount, payment method and eligibility confirmation. Submissions are emailed to donate@votenorthbay.ca through FormSubmit. Your address is collected for the campaign receipt and financial statement required by municipal contribution rules. The form does not process payments or collect bank or credit-card details.

Contributors whose total contributions exceed $100 appear on the campaign's public financial statement. A campaign receipt is not a CRA tax receipt.

For questions about who can access donation records, how long they are kept, or to request access, correction or removal, contact donate@votenorthbay.ca. Contribution records may need to be retained to meet election reporting requirements, even after a removal request.

What this site does not do

• The campaign website itself sets no cookies.
• It loads no analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts.
• It does not build a profile of you or track you across sites.
• It does not ask for your date of birth or any government identifier.

Embedded forms

Opening a volunteer, lawn-sign or supporter form loads content from form.justcanvass.ca. That service receives the usual technical information needed to deliver the form and handles the information you submit.

Fonts and hosting

Typefaces are served from this website's own domain, not from a third-party font service. Your web host will keep standard server logs.
